In addition to our litigation services, we offer high court and commercial mediation services. Our mediators are certified through a DiSAC and IMI recognised institution.

Mediation is a facilitative process wherein the mediator, a neutral third party, facilitates the mediation process aimed at resolving disputes between the parties. This is a totally voluntary process and is only binding on the parties once a settlement agreement is signed.

Mediation has grown more and more popular as a successful mediation is confidential and without prejudice, may save on legal costs and may assist the court with backlog.
